2024 Convocation - Friends & Family Accommodations
We are pleased to welcome you to Mount Allison for Convocation Weekend. Please click "Sign Up" at the bottom of this page to reserve and pay for your accommodations. Do not sign in using credentials from another registration. You can also only book one room at a time. if you require more than one room, you will need to sign out after your first booking and "sign up" again to complete a second room booking
Accommodations: Accommodations are limited. Our rooms include a twin bed, mini-fridge, linen, towels, as well as complimentary parking and wireless Internet. Room locations are subject to change based on availability.
Payment & Cancellation: To confirm your reservation, rooms must be paid in advance. Full refunds will be issued for rooms cancelled 72-hours before check-in. For room cancellations received after the cancellation deadline, a one night charge will be applied. To cancel your room, please email reservations@mta.ca.
